​​What you need to know:

​

• Beach hut hire is from 9am to 6.30pm, (5pm in October)
   

• The Yellow beach hut is a 6 minute walk to the Beach Haven Cafe, Holland Haven Country car park and public toilets
   

• The beach outside the hut is level with the promenade, no steps.
   

• The hut will include a table and eight chairs, a whistling kettle with mugs, tea, coffee and sugar. A gas stove with a saucepan, frying pan, cooking utensils, plastic plates and cups and a water carrier. A parasol, windbreaker, buckets and spades, first aid kit, fire blanket and fire extinguisher, as well as cleaning items to help you leave the hut in the condition you found it in. Inside the beach hut is a changing room - which is the perfect place to store your beach bags and towels.
   

• If you are booking for two consecutive days you can arrive from 9am to 10pm, then the following day arrive from 7am to 6.30pm. If you are booking more than three consecutive days, the first day is 9am to 10pm, followed by 7am to 10pm and the last day is 7am to 6.30pm, (5pm in October).
   

• Although the promenade is suitable for wheelchair users, access to the beach hut is via two steps.
   

• Two well behaved dogs are very welcome inside the hut and on the beach opposite.
   

• ​A​ maximum number of 8 guests per beach hut, which includes all adults, children and babies inside and outside the beach hut. This number must not be exceeded, as we have a commercial lease with Tendring District Council.
